Refund Policy
Effective Date: January 28, 2026
3XR LLC provides professional consulting and recruiting support services. Due to the time, labor, and resources required to initiate and deliver services, all payments are non-refundable once services begin.
No Refunds Once Service Begins
Once payment is submitted and the service start process begins (including intake, campaign setup, outreach, recruiting activity, screening, scheduling, and related consulting services), the payment is non-refundable.
If We Have Not Started Yet
If you request cancellation before any services begin on our backend side, any refund is at the sole discretion of 3XR LLC and may be reduced by any administrative or processing fees.
Chargebacks / Payment Disputes
If you have a billing question, contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Unauthorized chargebacks may be disputed with supporting documentation including receipts, communications, and proof of service initiation.
